The service

Holdly is an app to practice speaking: you tap to talk, you speak out loud, the assistant replies with voice, and you get a report at the end. It is not a school course, not a human teacher, and not a substitute for a full learning path.

The app may send optional practice push reminders. You can turn them off in Settings or via the system permission. Details on data processing are in the Privacy policy.

By using the app or this site you accept these terms. Personal data is covered by the Privacy policy.

Account

You can try Holdly as a guest, without email. A guest can converse and see progress on this device. Saving an email account, confirming the address, and purchasing Premium require a registered account.

Sign-in is email and password only. We do not offer Google, Apple, or Facebook.

You are responsible for your credentials. You can reset your password from the app and, if you are registered, change it in Settings.

Voice and AI content

To speak, Holdly asks for the microphone. It works only while you are speaking during a session.

Spoken replies and reports are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be wrong. Use them as practice help, not as absolute truth.

Do not use Holdly for threats, harassment, illegal activity, or to try to bypass the app’s limits.

Plans and subscription

Free includes 5 minutes of speaking per day and an essential report.

Premium includes 10 minutes per day and a fuller report. It is a paid auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly), available in-app to registered users via the App Store or Google Play.

Where the store offers it, the first purchase may include a 3-day free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the store charges the plan you chose. The store trial is typically available once per store account / email.

Prices are those shown in the store at purchase time. Apple or Google handle payment and billing. Holdly does not store card details.

You can manage or cancel renewal in the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account. Deleting your Holdly account does not replace cancelling the store subscription.

Stopping and deletion

You can stop using Holdly at any time. Sign out closes the session on this phone without deleting server data.

If you have a registered account you can delete it in Settings. Details are on the Account deletion page. Guests can request deletion by emailing erricofrancescospeak@gmail.com.

Availability

Holdly depends on a network connection, the microphone, and external services (authentication, AI, stores, and subscriptions). We may interrupt or change features, for example for maintenance or supplier limits.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the mandatory protections of your country’s law still apply. For refunds or disputes about an in-app purchase, the store’s rules and channels (Apple or Google) also apply.
