Account deletion

Registered account (email)

Open Holdly → Settings → Delete account. Confirm. This cannot be undone.

On the server we delete the sign-in identity and, with it, profile, conversations, turn text, reports, progress, minutes spoken, Premium trial, and waitlist.

The app then closes the session on this phone and returns to the welcome screen.

Guest

Guests do not have Delete account in Settings. Sign out or Sign in with another account only closes the local session: guest data on the server is not deleted by that action.

To request deletion of a guest session, email erricofrancescospeak@gmail.com.

What stays on the phone

After deletion (or if you uninstall the app), only data the operating system keeps on its own may remain on the device. App-local preferences (interface language, onboarding) go away when you uninstall Holdly.

What we do not delete from here

We do not control copies that suppliers keep in their own security logs or backups, for as long as they technically need them. We do not remove the app from the store — you do that from your Apple or Google account.
